# Have you tried using b3tards?
Can sometimes work if the inbuild one isn't playing ball.

I did give it a go, but it just didn't play ball, i've looked and its 2.3mb which is well above what I thought it'd be... not to worry, Dot Cotton can keep her decency today i suppose :(

# That's way to big fella
try and optimise it aiming for about half a meg

# The 2.3MB might be an issue for the hosting
and you'll get bumraped for posting something that big on /board as well.

As the FAQ says: "A good joke won't be spoiled by a slightly lower quality image.

If you really can't bear to make your image or animation smaller, a good idea would be to make a smaller version for posting on the board and you can link to the full glory of the huge version for those with a fast connection."

There's tutorials around for optimising animations. Make the height/width a bit smaller, reduce the colours, use the optimisers built into some software, add scanlines etc...

# agreed.
I've got the right idea for the next one now, and I appologise to everyone for my shear noobness, and the crazyness that it's caused!

# The L plate tells everyone you are new and not to be too cruel if you do something wrong
If you are stuck then ask a question on /board but don't put it in a new thread unless you also post a nice picture for everyone to look at :)
