# I never liked marzipan, but here is Joefish's two-step 'how to like marzipan' programme:
1. Go to Nisyros for a day (big volcano island just off Kos) and try the Soumadha. It's niiice. Bring some back with you and continue to consume.

2. Having built up your tolerance to sweet almondy thingies, try some Disaronno over ice. Get through a whole bottle.

You will now like marzipan.

Do not try eating actual almonds though, or you'll have to start all over again.
