what has kept me strong is the idea that I'm not suddenly all alone in the world with the loss of my better-half,
there are many people who I've never met face to face and yet have been so kind, so generous and so supportive it really does make me feel there is a hidden strength within b3ta.

Thanks also Rob, B3tan Housewife and Cal for bringing this community together we lol at the world and hopefully the world lols with us.

we think the world's a bit shite 'cos the shite people always shout the loudest, but in fact when you really need it, when it really matters, deep down, people are really mostly very nice caring supportive folks, you just gotta look for the ones who don't feel the need to shout and argue about it quite so much, you know, the quiet ones.
