I remember years back when I was hiring 3d artists in a previous job being given a showreel that would even scare youit featured a single very drawn out scene (maybe 10 minutes) of someone giving birth to faeces that did very unpleasant things.
It was all done in the most unbelievably serious and meticulous way.
genuinely unnerving, mainly because he saw nothing wrong with presenting it as his sole piece of demonstrative work.
