I read it differently to you guys...I took it that they thought the bloke was noncing-it-up by taking photos of his own daughter, and the police decided to abuse the terrorism act to try and take his phone off him.
Sometimes this country just makes me want to weep with impotent fury.....we're all guilty till proven innocent these days.
