shark's fin soupit was more an ethical point, as i love sharks and am appalled at the way they're treated. i ordered it in a "know your enemy" kind of way.

Ah yesThis reminds me that I ate a bit of whale in Norway, and the traditional reindeer meat balls. The latter were nice, although a bit flavourless.

i'd moan about thatif i wasn't well aware that fish stocks the world over are being depleted at a ridiculous rate. i may be pessimistic, but soylent green is looking like a distinct possibility to me.
