well, very nearly truethough it was something like the 4th image posted to the challenge. it had a profound impact in shaping people's approach to this challenge, stretching the boundaries of 'colouring the lizard' to include a bold mixture of psychedelia, popular culture and cutting satire, and i don't think it's too much to declare that the undoubted success of this challenge - for there have been numerous successes - can be traced almost entirely and directly to this image.
