I had the same from NPower!I rang to complain and while I was on they asked for a meter reading and put my bill up 60 quid a month. Bastards.

Always lie on manual meter readings....Then move when you get an actual visit form a meter reader....
In hindsight a £120 bill was probably cheaper than the £350 moving costs.
