YES YES YESIs there a website where can out these feckers and pour scorn and hate upon them. Errrr sorry but work in London where it's just bloody stupid now especially going through reds in-between buses, vans etc so no idea if someone is crossing. I've had countless clippings and near full on misses.
Trouble is with the Boris Bikes bloody tourists have joined in and think it's fine to cycle any where and actually seem to think riding on the pavement pushing pedestrians out of the way is the thing to do!! Something needs to be done
