easy peasy!
Just seperated the knife from the whole picture and made it on a layer on its own, Then got rid of the knife on the main picture so they are 2 seperate entities. Then just bent the knife and background to look like they are moving. Simple :) I had to make the far right of the photo from cloning as it didn't exist.
