# Nah, challenge briefs are there to be... stretched
It's not a competition and there are no rules - a lot like b3ta itself, actually. But if we have to, let's consult the FAQ: 'Every week we run a Photoshop challenge based around a different theme to try and inspire the boarders to make fantastic new pictures.' I've read through it and I've yet to see anything like 'Straying outside the set challenge will lead to an insta-ban and years of abuse on Sickipedia.'
