
if so, try 'selective' or some other option from the top of the list, or add the transparency channel to your colour palette yourself if you want to have control over which colours are being used

I guess that would be 'indexed' colour mode to set a transparent colour in Photoshop first, rather than just opening the psd with areas of transparency on each frame's layer?

Those pixels which have colour for one or more frames are rendered as grey for the other frames. I reckon that the transparent colour through fixed palette might be worth a shot, I'll give it a go this week at some point. Cheers for the help!
