It's in the DVD extrasRight after they kill the shark a massive hunk of meat falls on their boat and the other guy's like "Ah hell yeah Brody now you can make us your famous shark gumbo" and Brody takes a look at the ship's kitchen (which is really small it's basically just a cardboard box full of beans) and then he says it.
