i just don't like the art style, and there doesn't seem to be anything of interest underlying it. (s)he's got every right to post whatever (s)he wants.

i'm also aware how petty i sound given that my output for the last few years has dropped to a headswap and a peanuts apocalypse once every five or six months...

I watched Akira when i was about 13 or 14 (back in that early-mid 90s manga rush that included Fist of the North Star before I got bored) and enjoyed it, but then it kind of... lost its appeal. You can tell, since I'll happily call a movie "manga".
