I get them quite often,but I never seem to have the same measure of control that I'd been led to expect.

In terms of feeling different, the most that's happened is that I felt like I sank through the bed, and through the floor.Not quite flying, as many people claim to be able to do in lucid dreams, but I guess it's a start.
