alas, even though there was a waiting listyou could get a reasonably sized void implanted for medical reasons.
Alas, now, with the cutbacks...
Those empty voids that have been made will fade into nothingness due to entropy.
But if you go private you can have innumerable voids installed! It's clearly scapegoats to blame for this one!
