# I've eaten Ethiopian cuisine (and Eritean, which is similar) several times.
It's excellent. Gored Gored (raw cubes of beef marinated in chilli-based sauce) is highly recommended for those with adventurous palettes.

For those in Manchester, Habesha in the Village is a hidden gem of a restaurant.
