I've tried every type of cheese
The only stuff I can stomach is cheese that doesn't taste of cheese, like mozarella, which tastes vaguely of milk

Actually, I don't.
Although the way you phrase it makes it sound incredibly sexy. I'm not that adventurous, I just find that most of what I eat is improved by melting some cheese on to it.

My mum used to be like that - Mozzarella was the only cheese she could stomach
However in her late 50s she found it to be a gateway to other cheeses, and she'll now quite happily have a pasta bake or shepherds' pie with cheddar on top of it.
