Hmm, good questionI would say spandex is definitely required - although you can probably get away with lycra if budget is tight. Those superheroes with a bit more money can splash out on kevlar or at the top-end of the budget range, steel.

As for abilities, the clue is in the name 'Super' - I can't imagine a mouse who thinks he is running the world is a superhero. Probably suffering some kind of mental illness maybe?
