It's a user name, that is allIf you would like to know the facts, this is from a little Blue Tack man that I made during a very boring meeting about 10+ years ago. He was a little round bloke that wobbled, so I have to stick little feet on him.
This will give you an idea what he looked like, and he sat on my desk for the next few years. I named him Wobbly Bloke and I like the name.
