I've been trying to lucid dream lately
mainly because a majority of my dreams are nowhere near as exciting as that one.

Put your alarm on a 20 minute snooze cycle,
And just keep going back to sleep, works a treat...

Yeah, I've heard of something like this.
Except it was sleep for 6 hours, stay awake for an hour then go back to bed. I've tried it and it just doesn't work.
That idea seems valid though. :)

Yeah~ I usually start having more vivid dreams when I'm forced to hit the snooze button a number of times.
Even in five minute intervals I can get some interesting results.

Yes I forget to say....
Set the alarm for a couple of hours before you would have had a full nights sleep....
Also works a treat in you get rat arsed the night before and are incapable of getting up, but you just keep setting that alarm to interupt your sleep every 20 or 30 minutes or so
