All I can think of to do with the trolls is to put them on ignore.Turning your back on them removes any chance of further interaction, so they'll either stop or try elsewhere.
And if everyone that was on the receiving end of their attentions did this, they'd soon shrivel up in the wilderness.
It's not a particularly brilliant way of resolving the issue, but I can't really think of what else might be done, other than reporting them and seeing if the Powers That Be are willing/able to do anything about it.
