Money is a lot less finite than people.Massive banking crisis? No problem, create a few trillion dollars electronically and inject them into banks to shore them up.
On the other hand, people take care of reproducing themselves, it's true.
I've no problem with companies as money-making machines; I run one myself; but there does come a point where pursuing the money turns you into a soulless cunt.
