physio? i'll fucking tell you about physio!they made me go to it on my birthday and i had to wait an hour to be seen, then some silly bint told me that my spine was curved because i sit down. she made me do some exercise that was a cross between superman taking off and a dog having a piss, then told me that, even if i was in the middle of a meal, i should get up and walk around every 15 minutes! i had a bad back before starting physio, now it's fucking agony!
