But my logic says that the amount of women, of any nationality, that fantasize about the anal rape of a child is pretty small. Women who then draw pictures of it are smaller still. Women who then post those pictures on the Internet for other people to masturbate to is even smaller.

I've said what I wanted to say, people can make their own minds up. Personally, I find the one in question distasteful, but I know others don't seem to mind for the mileage in shit and giggles.

Edit: And I don't care if it is 'cultural'. Shooting a 14 year old in the head was cultural for the Taliban. Still wrong.
