I may be jerked into reality in a couple of monthsbut at the minute I'm not panicking, in my field contracts tend to be awarded late Spring for work starting October, and I'm totally out of sync with it. (Also: funding has been cut horrifically, but there are still alternatives for a man happy enough to jump countries, and until then the Norwegians are pretty generous with benefits...)
