i'm practically double up here with pains in my back, side and stomach and feel sick. could be ladypains, ut could be more serious. if it doesn't ease up soon, or if it gets worse, i may take myself off.

Could be loads of different thing with syptoms like that, take a pain killer and lie down. if it doesn't ease call nhs direct.

It is probebly either woman stuff, back related, or just a tummy ache, more than likley. if you can make it worste by changing possision a deliberately bring it on by adopting a certain possision it more than likely back.
But it may just possibley be heart related. give them a call
