My brother in law used to have a big flash left hand drive American car.
He would drive it around town with a bucket of water by his feet with a bicycle pump in it. He would pull up beside girls on the pavement as if he was going to ask them something, spray them with a high pressure jet of cold water from the pump, then drive off cackling.
Luckily his sister is not so sadistically inclined,
