# you've put me in mind to retell something that amused me recently
when he was in hospital, my brother had to have a catheter fitted for a couple of days. when his friend visited him, he asked where the tube went and how the catheter worked. my brother explained it to him, much to his utter shock and disbelief. when asked where he thought the tube went, brother's friend replied 'i don't know, i thought you'd have some kind of socket!'
he's 41, there's really no excuse.
