^i find this quite scary :(
edit: i think it's short sighted to assume people are not clever enough to learn to use even just a slightly more complex interface. also getting everything delivered isn't the same as getting out & about for helping elderly people to socialise, stay well & actively mobile.
& then on the other end of the scale there's a whole bunch of kids who just don't understand how this stuff works...
