his solution appears to be
listen to him critique what is wrong and right, and someone else does the work.
I really enjoyed the interview, and the essence of what he said does resonate with me. Followed a lot of twitter talk on it, Graham Linehan suggested spoilt ballot papers could work as an active protest (I think that's what he said)
