What will be matter in leaving letter?

# It should contain the following ingredients :-
1. Name of the employee
2. Period of service in the organization
3. Designation of the employee at the time of joining the company,
with subsequent changes in designation on account of promotion etc.,
and designation at the time of leaving
4. Character and conduct of the employee during his stay in the organization
5. Salary at the time of leaving
5. Reasons for leaving.
The certificate should be issued in the letter pad of the organization and duly signed by the authorized signatory.
