Peking Duck Pizza!

# Spicy Chinese Pizza
1) Stir-fry chicken with ginger until cooked.
2) Stir in tomato sauce, chili puree and soy sauce.
3) Spoon chicken mixture onto pizza crust, top with water chestnuts, pea pods and onion.
4) Sprinkle with cheese .
5) Spoon, I mean Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted.
6) Sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
