That would depend on your production facilitiesSoy milk doesn't require a lot of time to prepare - soak the beans overnight, grind them up, add water, boil it up for 15-20 mins. So if you have a gazillion people with bean grinders, saucepans and 4.2 x 10^28 kg of soy beans you could have the lot done within a day. Same with almond milk - you'd need 10 octillion blenders to mix it all at once but it's doable.
