I thought it was... okay. Not very exciting, with a boring villain, Capaldi not given enough opportunity to really depict his instabilityI wasn't too keen on Matt Smith when he started but he grew on me. I think Capaldi will do the same.
Note : I did watch it on iPlayer on a badly angled laptop with typically laptoppy speakers, which slightly spoiled the experience. Will try rewatching it on a proper 720p version.
