i usually put cbeebies on while the dinner's doing
then they can pick a film to watch while we eat. had to put my foot down when they wanted to watch the dotd remake, they're only 6

It's not the same stuff on here in Sweden but they're used to finding anything they wish on netflix
It's quite impressive how they easily soak up any tech stuff and make it everyday. The two older sisters are 7 and 8 and will help their younger sister (4) download some horrible stuff about shoddily dubbed magical talking horses.

they don't have a computer
my sister likes them to do after school activities like taekwondo and such, then get an early night. she takes them to the cinema or for picnics and visits to the natural history museum to see dinosaurs at weekends :)

i want them to stfu for an hour and a half, so i can clean up the mess they've left from making cakes/painting pictures/making modelling clay hedgehogs/plotting world domination/whatever
