# Thanks! I set the camera to ISO6400 and took the shots from my car.
It was about 10 degrees above freezing and we were getting some light rain. So there was just enough mist in the air to diffuse the light without looking too foggy.
I was in a hurry, but couldn't pass by this scene without capturing it.
Next time I will set the tripod and get more light by keeping the shutter open longer. Also, I will level things before I start shooting.

His best tips: use manual timing/ISO, shoot in portait position, get at least 1/3 overlap, if you don't have a panoramic head on your tripod, don't get too many things too close to you in the picture (because of the parallax effect you get when panning) and use PTgui as a stitching tool.

That is, if you use a photo camera and not a phone with one of those panorama panning apps :)
