wow!so the guy was shaking his head back and forth, and he (or a buddy) got the perfect snapshot.
I wonder what everyday folk (like that guy in the picture) do when one sees oneself memed to exhaustion on the web.
Their classmates might nickname them based on the picture.

I think he did the whole "sucking your lips into shot glasses so it looks like a baboons hole" thingI'd call him 'horse snatch gob' but everyone would laugh at me, not him
