Not at all, it's 100% natural luscious, fertile growth spurted straight from his scalp's folliclesJust because he chooses to style it in a manner reminiscent of Cilla Black in the 1960s is entirely up to him and who are we to criticise. If anything he should be lauded for his quirky individualism. In fact, he'd make an excellent Prime Minister who would earn the United Kingdom fresh respect and a reputation for seriousness.
