trying to claim copyright on phrases such as, 'sad fantasy princess in fairytale castle, award winner, masterpiece'. Though presumably companies copyright or trade mark slogans all the time. Also begs the question of what is the shortest piece of poetry or fiction that is currently copyrighted.
