150-200KB is normally the limit for posting stuff straight to the board, otherwise it should probably be a link. it's late though, and no-one seems to have complained, so I think you've got away with it ;)

I tried, and tried, and tried (ok... maybe only 2 tries) but I can't even spell optimisztion right now.
i'll figure out how to keep them files down in future.
