1. Our beer is better.
2. Our pubs don´t close at 11 so I can drink all night.
3. Drinking is cheaper.

And the Yanks would have kept out if Hitler hadn't declared war on them (He didi it to show solidarity with Japan, and they ended up being unified in drinking from the same can of whoop-ass).
