# HELP!!!! Quick Question
Has anyone got a TV card in there pc, if so can you screen capture and what is the quality like. Cant be arsed to go to pc world and waste money if its crap...thanks

the £8 ones are shite, but the WinTV Primio ones have a picture as good as a decent TV set. I got my WinTV Primio FM from ebay for like £40 or so. It comes with teletext, remote, FM radio, SVHS and composite input. I use it on a miggy, but i'd imagine the picture is identical for Windoze...

The only downside is that the de-interlaced picture makes sideways scrolling text hard to read, but other than that it doesn't really notice.

The Hauppage WinTV PCI is a bit poo - I mean it works n all, but the piccy quality isn't the best I've seen and it crashes a lot at the moment - my fault probably.
