I've had that problem as wellSomeone else (who has your email address somewhere in their computer, maybe in an html file) has a virus (I think it's called Klez) that sends out random emails through other people's email addresses (it has it's own SMTP server)
If I were you I'd forward that email to abuse at energis dot com (the pol.net.uk address is registered to them). I did this and they were very helpful.
Maybe have a look at Here as well, we've had the same trouble :(
