i know nothing of art(although i managed to hold my own in an argument yesterday on why BritArt is ShitArt with someone who does A-level art well)

It's Martin Creed and William TurnerMartin Creed won last year's Turner award with the lights going on and off, and William Turner is the Turner of the Turner prize.
