RightArchers: kill off people so you don't have to hurl all of them at the ground (click on the flag to train converts, as with the workshop and wizard things)
Demolition: click on the converted enemies, and they become little suicide bombers. Click on them to explode them
Workshop: They fix your castle during levels, so you don't get completely wiped out
Wizards: You should get litle icons above the top left turret, click on them to grab them, then click on men (particularly the big boss) to release the spell and smite them.
