A quick question
If you phoned a company and left a voicemail message saying 'by the way, your customer database has been cracked WIDE open and your customer's credit card details are exposed' wouldn't you expect them to, er, at least reply?

is probably going crazy while everybody else is trying to get hold of the customers to explain or whatever

to conclusions but that's what our "IT" dept does, straight off into a blind panic, don't know why, no-one orders over the net with us
