I've not seen the archives myself, but they've been used before by others.

*cough* is an excellent source for clips as well, and don't forget if you have a DVD drive or video capture capability you can make your own.

p.s. oh, and google has a filetype filter - just add "filetype:mpg" or "filetype:avi" or whatever to your search...
