I'll be regretting
letting my girlfriend sign me up for the Nike 10k run.
I'll also be being in pain after last nights training as my poor fat pasty body isnt used to running 3 miles then doing weights.
I hurt. Lots. and I've got to go rock climbing on Thursday for extra muscle pain.

Registration is on the 21st July. Must try and get in properly this time - last time I went for the training run route and ended up doing 5 runs in 4 days. Ouch.

The missus stuck a huge training time table on the fridge & took me shopping to get some weights.
As a hint; If you buy a 30kg set of weights, make sure you have a car handy & dont have to carry it the 1/2 mile home, especially if you popped into the shop straight after doing a run.
I hurt. lots.
