forgot about there being other countries :) In fact I forgot about there even being an 'outside' as I believe it's called.

Seriously though, I've had sleeping probs since I was about 12. If you ever find anything that really works, please give me a shout as I'd love to know

There are moving pictures on the glass, different to the monitor and TV
